Free parking and 24-hour reception were great, but room change was inconvenient.

the staff here seem to think they’re doing me a favor just by existing. after waiting an hour and a half for my room, I found someone else's hair in the bathroom! I almost left a decent review, but without the complimentary upgrade i expected, I just couldn’t. painful stay, honestly.

The room was spacious with a lovely sitting area and kitchen, making me feel right at home. It was so nice to have easy access to everything I needed, perfect for older guests like myself.

More diverse breakfast options for seniors would help.

Family with children home away from home

The place was amazing. It felt like home away from home with all the amenities like a full kitchen and clean dishes. I felt appreciated when the front desk staff ran to open the door for us when we arrived. Even the pool was nice, just what we needed to unwind.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but still tolerable considering the overall experience.

The stay was pretty cool overall. The room was spacious and I loved having a full kitchenette to whip up snacks! The snack bar was a nice touch too, kept the munchies at bay. Only bummer was the breakfast options weren't super diverse. The staff were super chill and helpful with all my questions!

Comfortable accommodations, welcoming environment, with free wi-fi in public areas and a well-equipped fitness center to keep active during my stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The pool area was perfect for our kids, and having laundry facilities made it super convenient for our busy days. Also, we got to explore the local hiking trails, which was a nice bonus for the family!
