the staff here seem to think they’re doing me a favor just by existing. after waiting an hour and a half for my room, I found someone else's hair in the bathroom! I almost left a decent review, but without the complimentary upgrade i expected, I just couldn’t. painful stay, honestly.

Family with children home away from home
The place was amazing. It felt like home away from home with all the amenities like a full kitchen and clean dishes. I felt appreciated when the front desk staff ran to open the door for us when we arrived. Even the pool was nice, just what we needed to unwind.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but still tolerable considering the overall experience.

Awesome amenities and comfy vibes!
The stay was pretty cool overall. The room was spacious and I loved having a full kitchenette to whip up snacks! The snack bar was a nice touch too, kept the munchies at bay. Only bummer was the breakfast options weren't super diverse. The staff were super chill and helpful with all my questions!

missingWrote a review on 17 Mayspacious roomsclean pooluncomfortable bed
Spacious rooms with fully equipped kitchen facilities provide a comfortable, home-like environment. The pool area was clean, inviting, and perfect for relaxation after a long day.
The bed felt rock-hard, leading to an uncomfortable night's sleep, especially with plastic-like covers that didn't breathe well. Additionally, the limited breakfast offerings can leave guests wanting more variety, and the parking situation felt tight, particularly for larger vehicles.

The room was spacious and clean, definitely gave off a homey vibe with the kitchen area. Loved the big beds! Breakfast was decent too, nothing too fancy but it got the job done. The pull-out couch was a nice touch for extra seating or if someone wanted to crash there. Only thing was, some noise from the hallway made it a bit distracting at times.

The hotel offered a well-designed room with adequate storage that avoided clutter. While the staff were friendly, some breakfast options felt overly packaged and uninspiring. The heater in the pool was nice but left the water slightly chilly for my taste. Still, the location was bursting with shopping opportunities.
